Cancellation policy
This Subscription Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions under which customers ("Subscribers") of Tantara ("Company") may enroll in, manage, and cancel subscription services ("Subscription" or "Subscriptions") offered by the Company.
1. Subscription Enrollment 1.1 By enrolling in a Subscription, the Subscriber agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy. 1.2 The Subscription automatically renews at the designated interval (monthly, quarterly, etc.) selected by the Subscriber at the time of enrollment.
2. Subscription Commitment 2.1 Upon enrollment in a Subscription, the Subscriber commits to a minimum of two billing cycles. The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that they are not entitled to cancel or modify the Subscription for the second billing cycle. 2.2 The Subscriber's initial payment constitutes acceptance of this Policy and the commitment to the subsequent billing cycle(s) as described herein.
3. Cancellation Policy 3.1 Subscriptions may only be canceled after the completion of the second billing cycle. Any requests for cancellation prior to this period will not be honored. 3.2 Cancellation requests must be submitted before the processing of the payment for the next billing cycle. Once a payment has been processed, the Subscription for that billing cycle cannot be canceled, and the Subscriber will receive the product(s) associated with that payment.
4. Payment Processing 4.1 The Subscriber agrees that the Company may automatically charge the payment method on file for the Subscription at the beginning of each billing cycle. 4.2 It is the responsibility of the Subscriber to ensure that payment information is current and valid at all times. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in the suspension or termination of the Subscription.
5. Refunds and Returns 5.1 Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. The Company does not offer refunds for products delivered as part of a Subscription. 5.2 If the Subscriber receives a defective or damaged product, they may be eligible for a replacement, subject to the Company's return policy.
6. Discounts and Promotions 6.1 Subscribers who enroll in a Subscription to take advantage of promotional pricing, discounts, or offers must adhere to the terms of this Policy. The Subscriber acknowledges that enrolling in a Subscription solely to obtain a discount and then canceling in contravention of this Policy is prohibited. 6.2 The Company reserves the right to revoke any discounts or promotions applied to a Subscription if the Subscriber attempts to cancel the Subscription in violation of this Policy.
7. Modifications to Subscription Terms 7.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any material changes to the Policy, and continued use of the Subscription after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Dispute Resolution 8.1 Any disputes arising out of or related to this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the Company’s Terms of Service and applicable laws.
9. Governing Law 9.1 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
By enrolling in a Subscription with Tantara, the Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
